POWELL, WYOMING – The Northwest Civic Orchestra will present a free evening of entertainment on Saturday, November 15, featuring a showcase of small instrumental ensembles inside the ÁñÁ«Ö±²¥ Student Center. The performances begin at 7 p.m. and serve as the orchestra’s first concert of the season.
The Northwest Civic Orchestra is a community orchestra in Powell that operates under the direction of Maurine Akin. It serves as a platform for both ÁñÁ«Ö±²¥ musicians and those from other communities to perform classical and popular music for the public. The orchestra combines the talents of students, faculty, and community members, both professional and amateur.
